When Aristotle said, " A friend is a single soul dwelling in two bodies", I think he was talking

about far future, about you and I. He couldn't have been talking about him and his friend because

I refuse to believe anyone else could have ever been as blessed as I am to have a friend like you.

When I tried to put my thoughts in words for your birthday five years ago, I thought I knew you

completely, and that there was nothing else to know. I was wrong because I have learned about you

everyday for the last five years. You have showed me that you are more than I know more than

anyone can imagine. We've gone through major changes in our lives (some of us got married some of

us lost our family members and some lopes had sex change operations, lol) but one thing that has

remained unchanged is our friendship. It is you that gets full credit for this friendship staying the

same. There was time when I was weak and vulnerable but you always manged to be there, even if it

meant jeopardizing your relationship with others. You have always put my wants before your needs.

You spoiled me with love and life. I can't settle for any less with love or anyone less than you in

life. I hope it makes sense to you because it makes perfect sense in my head. I love you for

making me love you, for giving me something as precious as you. At the end all I want to say is

that i still can't claim to know you completely even after a decade. That is because you had, have

and always will find a new way to show me everyday how wonderfull you are and that is why I find

a new reason to love you everyday :0).

People say its hard to find a true friend. Well they are right about something. Its not easy to

find a true friend who will always be there for you, who will stand up for you, and who you could

trust completely. I consider myself very lucky to have not one but two best friends and of course

you are one of them. When I see you, I see a friend who will be there no matter how far you

are and whenever you need a hand she will be there to give hers. When you have this type of

friend you treasure them in your heart forever and don't ever let them go. Over the years we

have gone through so much ups and downs but our friendship stayed the same. There where

times were you sometimes used to annoy me and get me mad and I know I probably did the same

but that doesn't change anything between us and doesn't mean we love each other any less. Everyday

is a different day where we learn something new about each other's lives. No matter where we are, you

will always be that friend who I can count on. I thank Allah everyday that I have a friend like you in my life.

Inshallah our friendship will last for enterity; in this lifetime and in the hereafter. I will always love you no matter

what life brings us. I just want to say thank you for everything you have ever done for me and just know that if

you ever need anything I got your back. Love you always.
